Check out this Premier hammergun.

It's a 12g, 30" tubes, straight grip. It's almost 130 years old.

Nice!

BTW: the book is only worth $85 if you're a Scott nut. Other than that, it's pretty skimpy and the pics are all B&W and marginal. You can find a lot of the info on the company's history in other books. The info about the guns & the models is nice to have.

Homelessjoe,
If you really NEED the book it MIGHT be worth $85. The price is obviously the result of dwindling supply. Certainly many other gun books more worthy of $85. It is not a great book by any means, rather smallish and unassuming. But, as far as I can assertain, it is the only book on the subject. Always thought it ironic that the company that probably built the most Brit doubles has the smallest book dedicated to them. BTW: If you look for a used copy be warned that there were several editions.

This book has 44 pages and has a light card binding . I think the price being asked is too high.Try Hereward books in the U.K.they are easily found on the internet.

I checked the price at Abe for the Scott book and could hardly believe my eyes.My book was a gift from one of the authors otherwise it would be for sale at a modest $300! Looks as though Carol is the lowest cost source.
