I load my BP shotshells, using GOEX 3f, on a Grabber with a Universal Charge Bar. I'm not suggesting anyone else do it but I saw an old advertisement for a Lyman reloader, similar to modern ones that stated it was suitable for either black or smokeless powders. I believe the modern paranoia about what kind of measures are OK for black is just that(paranoia). And a reason for you to buy a new, more expensive measure. People have been using the old Lyman Ideal #55 measure for decades. It was also described, in the past, as suitable for use with BP. You might find this reassuring:
