This brightened my morning last week. The S&H 16ga performed quite well with the polywads.

Mike,
It is all bright = nickle or chrome, and or german silver.

It's hart warming pic, so there is no need to bring up "Herr Fritzie" and ruin the moment. Not sure what S&H is, but that appears be quality English-made piece in need of quality pad from Galco.

Hey PJ, don't know about your ruining the moment with frizzy hair, but glad to warm your hart.
I don't think this was an S & H green stamp gun, but it is not an english make either.

I get along with the pad just fine, and have for going on 50 years of using it on many guns. Galco pads do not impress me, a custom made piece would be far more fitting. Maybe one of croc or diamondback skin would look nice on this gun.

On the other hand, I would kill for a full box of UMC nickle plated shells in 16ga. like the early UMC 12ga. box in the picture below.

Otherwise, maybe just maim for a 16 gauge Winchester box overstamped "nickle plated", and full of correct contents.
