I don't know much about the maker, but those guns look to me like they were made by W & C Scott. Scott provided guns to a lot of retailers who then put their names on them. Probably one of those many guns made in the trade and sold through minor outlets such as Ironmongers and hardware stores. Anything on the top rib to indicate an address? I can't find anything either. Proof mark details might help date it. Lagopus.....
