A really nice rifle and chambered for a cartridge that very similar and some may say is superior to the current phenom, 6.5 Creedmoor. Emil Kerner's grandson gifted me his grandfather's barrel plane( lauf hobel), I wonder if it was used to plane the "ripples" off the flats of this rifle. It brings back happy memories of a long-gone friend.
