I just bought a Standard Arms Model G in 35 Rem. Sometime in it's past life it had a tang sight on it. Anyone know what model Lyman or Marbles works for it? [Linked Image from i.imgur.com]

That is one cool rifle and with a nice piece of wood to boot.

What is the distance between the tang screw holes? That's all you really need to know.

Marbles is a 'T1' for a Standard Arms rifle

Lyman is a 'DE'

They are both sight for just the Standard Arms rifle. Nothing listed for either as fitting another mfg'rs rifle.

Info from Stoebel's 'Old Gunsights' publication.

Nice looking Model G.
