NE as in Nebraska, or as in Northeast? If the latter, New England Custom Gun does good work and knows rifles. Ask for Mark Cromwell

Craig Libhardt of Susquehanna Gunworks does very nice work.

If you live in the Northeast I also recommend Craig Libhardt. He is a first class stockmaker!

Dan Rossiter at Custom Stocks and Steel was just accepted in the Customs Firearms Guild as a Stockmaker in January. He's in North Central Pa.
