I have noted that these Dickinson 28-gauge side by side shotguns are now available at Cabelas. "Plantation Grade" ($2199), classic two trigger double with Turkish walnut stock, case colored side plates, 5.5 pounds. Check out the "Campfire" section by Phil Bourjaily in the Oct. 2015 edition of Field & Stream.
They appear to be made in Turkey
Paul, they have been discussed in detail recently. Try a search.
I had their 16 gauge. Nice shotgun for the price...
Good price point I love my 28s. I had and opportunity to shot a Hatfield in 28 had the triple bit set up nice little gun. ( I think it may have been the predassesor of the Dickerson )
How about their 2 barrel set?
Used my 12 ga. Dickinson SxS this week on a South Dakota pheasant hunt, and limited each day. Zero problems or issues.
