Thank you Remington40x. I really like the workmanship on the rifle. It has some neat details like single set triggers for both barrels, and a cartridge trap on the top of the comb with a leather lined lid to silence the rounds within.

I am nearly certain it fires 9.3x72r based on a number of factors. First, it is marked as 118.35 gauge, which equates to a bore (not groove diameter) of 0.340 - 0.350". Chambers are straight walled and It is nitro proofed for the powder charge used for 9.3x72r and finally a 360 BPE case exactly fits the rim cutout. The 360 round is basically a 2 1/4" version of the longer 72mm German round.

I will cast it before firing, but I was confident enough to order ammo, which is still made by S&B.

That's about all I know so far. The barrel markings are for a retailer, not maker.
