Ive got a bad right shoulder too and I shoot right handed. As mentioned above, I would recommend a gas gun too; however, I bought a Beretta A-400 with a kick off thinking that would solve my problems. While shooting the gun, it did seem like I was experiencing less recoil. But, the next day, my shoulder was just as sore as if I had been shooting a fixed breech gun. What I surmised is that my sore shoulder was receiving the same amount of energy no matter the gun, and the same amount of energy was just delivered differently in terms of time, dependent upon the action type. . The only way to reduce actual recoil is to get a heavier gun, less payload and less velocity of the projectile. In the final analysis, the only thing that really helped me was going to the gym and building up muscle around a compromised shoulder joint.

Socialism is almost the worst.
