We're wandering even further OT on an OT thread, but what were Evangelicals to do in 2016, and do now in the 2018 midterms? Trump is a pathologic narcissist and adulterer, but were we to stay home in protest and give the nation to Hillary, Pelosi, Schumer, and the rest of the abortionists and gun grabbers? And let Hillary choose the Supreme Court Justices for another 8 years?
Chuck Colson addressed this difficulty in "Kingdoms In Conflict" in 1990, and it's still a valuable read. For "the gates of hell to not prevail" (Matthew 16:18) we must be willing to engage, confront and if need be knock the door down.
