But after reading your other posts I guess you probably are....
The content of a research letter, whether provided by the Cody Museum or the LCSCA, or any other organization that is in possession of factory records (whether original or duplicates) who, by the way, seems to me to have a responsibility to include
all factual information in their possession that a paying customer is charged for,
should include ALL known information. The Cody Museum knows what is expected for the price paid yet refuses to divulge pertinent data in their letters. This practice is completely unprofessional... and yet, you stand behind them. Incredible.
