This is a start on another Alex Henry. Thanks to tools fixtures and the experience of the previous 2 rifles, I am actually becoming somewhat efficient at this! Because this one is for me, I have been working on it between other projects for the past 6 months or so.
Not keeping track of time but a guess is something just over 100 hrs.
Breech block hole was cut with a wire EDM and the extractor mortise was done with an EDM sinker. This one will be in .450 3 1/4. Still need to finish the lever, shaping details on the action body, and finish the breech block by completing firing pin assembly. Then on to making the lock before any wood chips fall.
