I just finished reworking one of the Riverside (Sears) shotguns in 12 gauge. Yours looks like if you clean up the receiver it will have a good amount of color. Just fix the stock and refinish the barrels and you will be good to go. One thing to check on these guns is the strikers. They sometimes had a tendency to fire accidentally because of wear. The internals were mostly stamped out parts and kind of rough, so look them over for good latch up. I sold mine to a friend and he shoots skeet with it to great effect. Had some trouble with the left barrel shooting to the right but fixed that with some honing work at the muzzle. Good luck with your project.
