Well, you could find a scrap set of barrels and have your 'smith take the rib, fit it and relay. Totally doable but it's time at the bench. It all comes down to money in vs. value/money out. I don't mean to sound criptic. I have done it on several only because I wanted to learn how but a real gunsmith is doing it to put food on the table; I didn't have to worry about that.
The value of the gun would not be enhanced; you should consider that. Decide how much you like the gun otherwise and go from there.
