The good people of the Mississippi river states pulled together in flood disaster and fixed their own problems... without government or crime.

The blacks of New Orleans, LA, Detroit, Chicago, et al, see disaster as an opportunity to loot, rape, destroy, steal, retrieve a couple $100,000 from their home freezer ... and blame it on racism/oppression.

Exactly....The People of MIssissippi got off their butts, cleaned up things....rebuilt what they could.....while 7 years later the blacks (most of them are anyway) of Nola still sit around on their butts whining about why EVERYTHING hasn't been done for them.
