As far as fault, no one person, no president, is ever responsible in these circumstances. Like all tragedies or accidents, they always have more than one cause. Members too often cast everything in the fantasy of my-party,right-or-wrong.

The country just blew off billions with that nonsense, and arranged to go through it again in a few months. The victims are not amused.
