The US does not have "natural" enemies. It only has enemies who decide to be enemies. Iran in particular, and Syria, have decided to be enemies of the US.

And where do you get the idea that one of the goals of Islamists isn't to eliminate the Christian faith. They say it regularly enough. They attack Christians living in predominantly Muslim countries, with the aim of driving them out or demanding they switch faiths. Their history largely consists of invading Christian Europe either with armies or with immigrants.

You would not pay attention or give credence to the post above because you have joined the faith of the liberal Left. Because you are not undecided on theses subjects, prepared to consider facts and logic with an open mind but have decided, as an article of faith, that the ends justify the means. Because you believe in and support the power of the state over the individual, despite millennia of history that proves the folly of that line of thinking.
