I have not been able to get my hands on this gun so I don't have much in the way of info which I realize is far from ideal. I guess at this point I just want some info on the maker.
Joseph Baker and Sons? I believe it is a Birmingham gun, BLE, straight stock with moderately figured wood, 28" IC/ Mod though the shop says the barrels are not original to the gun. The receiver is freshly blued
and the barrels appear to have been recently finished as well. I only hope that they weren't hot blued. I should add that this gun is at an extremely attractive price point which spooks me a bit given its great, clean looks.
Anyway, I can find nothing online referring to a Joseph Baker, any help? I will try to find some pics and get them posted.
