On side by side longarms typically the date is stamp on the left flat around the Nitro mark. September 1923 is the "official" date for date stamping at Suhl. As a Sauer I doubt it went thru any other proofhouse. I see the "SuS"(Sauer and Son) mark on the watertable as well as 2 cavemen on the flats. Are there any large or small crowns on the flats. On the right flat it looks to be xxxxxxxxx Suhl??? Nice wood though.
