I didn't explain thoroughly. It occured that friend should be able to extrapolate from the nature of included material but I believe friend has photocopy of single page or clipping therefrom containing reference to work by famous illustrator for WRA. Apparently unable to do so. Asked me to ask here. "Dealers" my first guess as seems early for "collectors" or "owners". "Friends of the Salvation Army" didn't seem to fit. It's for citation of publication and would probably look like friend didn't tie up loose ends if blank left on end. Don't know what the peekchor was.
