On the rib extensions of these two 16-gauges, do they have the inverted V to guide the ejectors or the two grooves?

On the rib extensions of these two 16-gauges, do they have the inverted V to guide the ejectors or the two grooves? The BE has the inverted V while the CEO has two grooves.
