That's interesting. A new Stoeger today would be probably less than half that worth 1/10th of that. I had no idea they made such nice guens at one time.

I don't think Stoeger put that one together..just imported it...It says Merkel on the frame in Gold.

I think 4K is about 1/2 at least of what that gun would bring here.If he wants to sell it MP and the barrels are ok I would go 8K for it,just tell me where to send the Benjamin's.I do agree the WR's bring better money thou,not better guns.

Native Englishmen are wise in the ways of shooting. They prefer single trigger gun at rate > 2:1 understanding that taxing ones mind with useless choices only detracts from concentration needed in consistent shooting.
