I'm especially interested in the Kriders. Can anyone out there give me a crash course in this maker? Is there anything in print on him? Thanks for the help. Krider was an author, a sporting goods seller, a maker of LeMat [sp?] pistols, a "maker" [imported actions] of many types of shotguns and rifles. I've seen doubles, singles, rifles, and about every other kind of gun. Several of the early English actions can be found with Krider on them. Generally his quality was top notch.
