How difficult? How do you go about bringing one over? I bring from UK, but never from France.

Its gotten really tough. I was having a problem with carriers being unwilling to transport over a decade ago, and that was before the French government got so heavy handed about being involved in exports of firearms. The UN small arms treaty that is but a liberal wet dream in this country, is the actual law in France. God help you if there is an ivory bead, a rosewood buttplate, an inlay of Madagascar weasel sphincter, or, whatever the prohibited material du jour might be.
There is nothing in Europe I want bad enough, today, to attempt an import.
Nothing.
Best, Ted

Having brought two guns and two sets of barrels in from France over the years, with the change in French gun laws I don't even look at NaturaBuy any more.

I like having to sign a statement that I will not use the imported gun to make a nuclear device or weapon of mass destruction. Talk about red tape. Or maybe I just have the wrong apps loaded onto my cell phone.

Mike Mike--I remember how badly you wanted those guns. Glad you got them before gun laws changed!

Due to relatives and connections...I have the opportunity to get one (1) gun out of France at some point in time. This sold for about 800 euro a couple of years ago...If I can track it down it will be THE gun. It has a certain advantage in that it has some gold inlay on it. If I ever go hunting with Ted, I'll take this gun. You see, gold on guns make Ted upchuck. While he's on his fours talking Irish (O-rourk, O-ralph), I'll be getting all the shots.

Careful what you wish for. What gun you choose to miss your birds with is no concern of mine.
Ill be interested to hear how you pull it off. Dont even think you will show up in France and bring it home with you.

Argo those barrels look to be a mile long. A lot of it may be camera angle but they must be 32".
Nice gun but why does it turn your head so?
