I like everything about the load I use, except for how dirty 700-X is. Would those with more powder experience share some alternatives to 700-X that would closely approximate the following?
Winchester AA Win 209 CB-1100-12 1 oz 13.3 700-X 5780 psi 1080 fps
Thanks for your suggestions.

If you like 700x, keep shooting it. Great powder. Do you clean your gun after each day afield? If you do...who cares how dirty the powder is. The cleanest burning powder imo is Clays. There are plenty of low pressure, moderate velocity 7/8 and 24 grm. loads out there. If you switch to a Remington Hull, youll probably get lower pressure than the AA. If it was me....Id keep poppin away with the 700x. The lowest velocity Id go with though would be 1150 FPS. Anything less than that starts to muck with my clay breaking.

Ibe got a similar load with Nitro 27 hulls; speed is a bit faster, pressure a bit higher, but still lower than what I understand black powder to have been (7000 psi). I sometimes have old guns that dont always have nitro proofs.

Dirty powder is only a problem to me if I were shooting a semi automatic, which could over time become fouled by dirty powder and then stop working. My doubles, pumps, O/U all could care less about dirty powders. And since I like cleaning my guns after shooting it does them no harm. Easiest way to eliminate the problem in semi automatics is to not shoot them anymore. I did that and it works fine for me. Gives me more time with my other guns.

Any smokeless powder at low pressure levels is dirty.
The completeness of combustion is directly related to the operating pressure level. Ref: Accurate Powders.
In fact, this is why the load is 'low pressure'.
As far as gas automatics, powders like Clays and Titewad solved the problems of powder residue causing cycling failures years ago. Load either of those to 8500+ PSI and you can shoot a gas auto all weekend without cleaning. I frequently do.

Clays will get you down to some pretty low pressures with 7/8 ounce loads, which is what I shoot most of the time. Velocity is right around 1175-1200. The load is in the manual. Even at the relatively low pressures, it's extremely clean. It leaves only the slightest dust residue in the barrels, even after 100 shots.
