xausa Sidelock Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 641 Likes: 2 Puryear, TN	Checkering looks somewhat like Fred Adolph's. From the shape of the bolt handle, I would say that it has a low serial number. The front edge of the receiver ring is not altered, so probably not a Wundhammer.

DanLH Sidelock Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 280 Iowa	Gus Pachmayr rounded the reinforce more than this one. The serial is in the Mark 1 range so it was probably a national match rifle but the bolt should be polished but could have been blued later.
