Interesting features about the rifle include a Mauser single square bridge commercial action, modified for use of the Lyman 48 receiver sight, a single lever G&H side mount with windage adjustment to accommodate the Zeiss Zielklein telescopic sight, the scope mounted high enough to obviate the need for altering the bolt handle and at the same time to allow the use of the receiver sight with the scope in place and the post and crosshair reticle used with the Zielklein instead of the much more popular (in Germany) German N. 1 reticle.
