Has anyone here had the time to look at the new ATA over and under? They came out this year with a rifled bore slug gun..Also who carrying this slug gun?

ATA has a over&under model Slug R, it was at the 2018 Shotshow..What I want to who will carry them..They will make outstanding Deer and Pig guns.

Kinda reminds me of Italian Antonio Zoli "Woodsman" sold in the 80s. It would be interesting to know how this ATA offering stands up to steady diet of standard slugs. I don't know. A fella from NYS saved me close to $5000 when he showed me where in NYS rifles are allowed for big game hunting where in past only slug shotguns were allowed. I was eyeing like new double-triggered 20ga Galazan Professional that Carolina Sporing Arms had listed on their site at that time.

Actually for $2000 this doesn't look that bad Ball and Shot Bad Boy....

You get quality front and real sights by ERA Recknagel, decent wood recoil pad and according to add regulation with slugs at 55 yards. Not bad price when compared for plain Dickerson sold at Cabela's for $1500+. If it holds up to regular diet of slugs it's probably as good deal as one is going to find in nice looking new SxS of this type.
