C G Bonehill?

I have C G Bonehill that I've not been able to turn up any information on the model or any other examples like it. It appears to be a high grade gun. It has cocking indicators and what looks to be gold inlays for the characters. It has "Special" in the banner on each side. "Bonehill Matthews" on then water table.

The gun is a train wreck with some parts missing. Any information you can share would be appreciated.

Bonehill and Matthews patent No.1952 from 1880 looks to be for a cocking lever/assembly and indicator. There's a good diagrams of it on pages 21 & 117 of the British shotgun volume 2 by Crudgington and Baker.
Apparently, William James Matthews was a tool maker.
That's all I can find at the present.

Bonehills were good guns, any pictures of yours ? Might help to jog peoples memories.

I had pictures in my original post but the place I had them uploaded to deleted them. I put them on Facebook but I can't seem to get them to link and display.
