Hello double gun enthusiast, I first wanted to thank everyone who has followed my work and supported it. The first three years in business have been great for me. I've met and had dealings with many great people from here and other places whom I now consider personal friends. I love what I do and am thankful I am allowed to do so. In this short timeframe I've also made big life steps; from getting married, jumping on an opportunity to buy our property, and of course run a business. There's no way I could have achieved this without the support of you and my family. Looking back I'm in disbelief of everything that has happened in my life during this short time, I consider myself very lucky.
My typical work up to this point has been things like conversions, shotgun sleeving, finishing, regulation, stock making, complex gunsmithing work, etc...My intentions from the beginning have been to be a manufacturer of my own guns, one that is focused on double guns and single shots of absolute quality.
This time came much faster than I had anticipated, alas its here and Ive finally been able to begin the road in that direction. I have a fair amount of projects I need to get out the door while I also begin a few recent from-scratch commissions. It will be a delicate balance to achieve this, and at this point I'm going to have to close my books from taking in new work that isn't inline with that direction.
I am very excited to see what the future brings, and I cant wait to show everyone what I have going on here at A.M. Little Bespoke Gunmakers.
All the Best, Aaron Little

All the best to you, Aaron. I think I speak for most of us who wish you the best in your endeavors. Please stay in touch and post pics of your work. It inspires many, and intrigues many more. BTW, you're not lucky .............you're blessed.
All my best, SRH
May God bless America and those who defend her.

Best of luck to you and your new venture, Aaron. The market for double and single shot guns, either shotgun or rifle, is a very narrow one with many established names. From what I've heard here, your work that has "made you", so to speak, is outstanding. I would advise you to be very careful not to "shoot the horse that brung you". JR

Good for you, Aaron. Dont turn down bread and butter work until you are sure. Bread and butter is always bread and butter....just a bit of advice as there are gobs of gunsmiths out there, but good ones are few and far between. The good ones mostly still do some bread and butter for their good clients. Just sayin....

Oh great, another good gunsmith has worked himself beyond my means. I doubt I'll be much into the commissioned gun market, but Mr. Little sure did a nice job sleeving a Specialty grade Elsie for me...Geo

I hope things continue on such a upward trend for you. You can always come back a little towards your past but going forwards is much more satisfying. Best of luck.

LeFusil: I think the guy to whom you refer was Bailey Bradshaw. His web site is http://bradshawgunandrifle.com/Home_Page.php. Rem.

Aaron, would you be willing to let us in on some specifics of the guns you are interested in making and what price level you expect? Thanks! JR
