Nah, it is pre-1891/1893 or pre-proof and the ADH(Arthur-Delvaux-Heuse de Fraipont ) is a belgian tube source.

Ernst Friedrich Büchel was a longstanding concern in Mehlis(Zella Sankt Blasii-Mehlis) and was founded in 1837. Sources give he was born in 1818 & departed this life in 1898. Either he was on the fast track to obtain his master mechanic's sheepskin or he founded his business prior to passing his master's exam. Looks as if the business faltered in 1921 or it was passed to a son-in-law or similar as Richard Ansorg was @ the helm.

The initials are not proof marks, likely they are marks of craftsmen that worked on it. This means the gun was made before the proof law came into effect in early 1893. The question is "how long before". Someone earlier made a guess as to the age, and that is likely as good as any other.
