Any one have a source for old style hook type sling swivels in UK, EU and USA.
Looking for set, reproduction or original.

Thanks, I saw the Peter Dyson ones, but they have a step in the hook.
WR is pricey.
There is a set of winchester ones on ebay, also pricey.

Someone reproduced them a few years ago, but I don't know who. My latest set for my .375 Rigby big Game came from ebay. I hope I never need another set.

Mike Rowe makes some very nice ones. Hand made and exceptional quality does not come cheap though.

I got mine years ago in England for a pittance along with a canvas web strap. In use, the hooks were noisy so I slipped on some heat shrink tubing (and shrank it) and now they are very quiet.

I hope someone here scored the ones on ebay yesterday. I was not in the mood to put my house on the market to pay for sling hooks. What do you guys think?

I think if you can find good enough photos and try hard enough, you can make a set.

I am not sure which ones you are referring too, they can very widely in price on ebay from this low-end price to this high end price I don't know how much the differences in the slings add to the prices.

Not much. Everyone is looking for the hooks. The slings are nice but not that nice.
