Would any of you be able to suggest a source for a case label for an S.A. Leonard gun from the 1920s or 1930s? I have a lovely Leonard sidelock 12 gauge that I'd like to case and would like to find a label for the case.
Thank you.

It's on the gun, which is at home and I'm at work. I do recall it says Birmingham and New York.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, none of the three lists a label for the Leonard.

I just had some Ugartechea labels made. Found a picture and got measurements from someone with one. Am now working on a Wm. Ford label from the 5 Price street address. That's a little more difficult because the labels at that time appear to be thin (skiver, perhaps?). Found a source for the leather and have found a picture of a paper label with clear medals/awards and sourced a St. Mary's label and am now hunting down someone who will properly emboss the leather. Here's a photo of a case for my 16 gauge William Ford which shows the label I'm using until I can come up with the St. Marys address label. A friend did the interior from a case I had

Craig,
Mike passed away last year. Gary Downy of Osprey Arms bought all his unsold lables and equipment. Mike had an odd assortment and Gary may just have this. Call the 516 number on his web site.
There is a OP on this site from the UK, I think his name is Tim. He located a label for me last year. He may have or know of a whereabouts in the UK. Kirby H of Vintage Doubles has an assortment he makes copies from. He may be able to locate one as well. I,ll send a pm if I have contact information for the UK OP.
Good Luck,

Thanks for the additional suggestions. I've e-mailed both Osprey and Kirby Hoyt.
As an aside, I checked over the weekend. The rib has only "SA Leonard, Birmingham, England and New York" engraved on it. The barrels and the action flats both have "Leonards" (with the s) stamped on them.
