So i have come across this Browning sporter with 32" barrels and i didnt even think a second before buying it since i have an affection for longer barrels. Has anyone have experience with this gun? I know it has the ejector on off option backbored barrels and invector plus chokes. This will be the first time i am using a backbored gun and i haven't tested the pattern yet. Any info is much appreciated.

Thanks !

Kem

Good, durable sporting gun. It shoots just like all the 325/425/525 Citoris. Sorry to be so blunt, but wood beauty and forend/butt match obviously was not a high priority on this purchase, Kem. If you shoot it well and you got it cheap, a restock with some nice wood might be considered at some point.

Sadly nearly all the good quality guns now come with wood thats bland in the extreme. The japanese made brownings are excellent mechanically, but the wood is dire.

Yes indeed the wood is really blank and the pictures are doing it a justice, its worse when i look at it. The dimensions fit me but i am broke atm to make it restocked so i guess i am gonna live with it for a while. Thank you for the info, also another question does browning still produce this model? i was unable to find it on their website

Regards
