Understand that nitre bluing requires 700 degrees +/-. Plan on using a Lee pot. What thermometer do folks like to use to monitor temperature? Thanks.

I like the 200-1000 deg thermometer, you have a couple of choices, you can get the one sold by Brownells for $40, it's made by Tel-Tru but has Brownells name on it.
