I was brought this Pennsylvania rifle for a cleaning and evalustion. However I can't make out the name plate on the barrel on it.
I'd appreciate and help you can provide and also anyones estimate of value.
It's a full stock unconverted flintlock that the current owner tells me was fired by his father about 20 years ago.
The lock is unsigned

Thanks for the list John but He's not any of the Roberts listed either too late or wrong type firearm.
I actually think the name is likely Rekerts and I'm hoping someone can verify this.

Thomas Roberts, Portsmouth,VA/USA erw 1871-73 106 Croford str

m-4:
Since this is an unconverted flintlock those makers seem to be working too late to be the ones for this rifle. I have other pictures but they don't show anything really exceptional. However I should add this is a curley maple full stock about 50 cal rifle.

The patch box may help with identification, so a photo of that would help, too,

Is the barrel held into the stock with pins or keys? A photo of that detail would also be helpful.

It looks like a very late flintlock with separate pan and flash shield, but the pics don't show anything except it sure looks like Roberts to me.

Could "Roberts" be the name of the owner, rather than the name of the maker?

May be wrong, but that rifle has the feel of being modern made. Something about the lock panels just does not fit with an old rifle of that era. Some very good modern makers have been working since the 30's. Some of my rifles made in the 50's and 60's and well used have developed a patina that is hard to tell from well cared for originals.
