Several here have offered to contribute to the expenses generated in my barrel testing efforts. Of course there would be no testing without the barrels that have been donated, and for that I am most appreciative. There is a chance that some of the $ will be recovered if articles are accepted for publication.

Nice little follow up report Doc Drew, humbling how far five hundred dollars will go compared to many things that may not be so important in my life.

I'm up to $2500 out of pocket on the failure analysis, tensile testing, composition analysis, MPI and radiography.
I hope to make enough from the articles to offset those expenses.

However, I would happily and humbly accept contributions toward the Food Distribution Program (we give $500 every month) and the expenses incurred from the April Guatemala mission trip (we paid airfare and the trip expenses for 5 of the team members) in lieu of financial help for the barrel testing.
ANYTHING given to the church would ONLY be used for Guatemala, and is tax deductible.
