I think it was made in 1929 (h), but there are some marks I cannot interprete as the EW on the watertable and the JT on the barrels�.. Your EW may be Emile Warnant of Liege, did not check the relevant dates against your Proof Marks. There is also the Thonon family who may have been barrel makers.
