Remember when Colorado was governed by sensible(conservatives) people. Oh and that was before the State was inundated by Libtards from California who changed all that. Well: Here's the end result! I heard about that at the show, late on Sunday. I also heard that the driver was either Afgani or Pakistani. Is there a lawsuit here?

Daniele Perazzi died earlier this year. This was a hoax. From the Perazzi website: PRESS RELEASE

With reference to press reports concerning Daniele Perazzi's alleged unlawful arrest for terrorism last Saturday in Denver (Colorado), we state that the incident is devoid of any foundation and the news is completely fabricated.
Daniele Perazzi (founder of Perazzi SpA) died last year, and his son Mauro was not in the United States last Saturday.
The Perazzis are not involved in any wrongdoing in any way, shape or form and, to our best knowledge, are not under investigation or scrutiny nor are targets of criminal proceedings.
The Perazzi Company, contrarily to what has been reported, is very familiar with the US legislation on weapons due to its extensive presence in the American market.
Perazzi is considering to take legal action to protect the brand and the Company's reputation in the USA.

There are multiple and very diverse sources alluding to this arrest if you goggle it up which is what I did before posting it. The story posted above is FALSE and never happened. However: I just goggled up Daniele Perazzi deceased and came up with the following obituary: http://www.nssa-nsca.org/index.php/2012/11/daniele-perazzi-obituary/Thanks for the correction Doverham and this should be a warning to all of us that the internet scams are becoming more sophisticated as this example shows. Odd story. From what I heard at the Collector's club meeting tonight, attorneys are invoved. It might still be a hoax, but there is evidently a grain or two of truth here as well.
