Herschel, I have two of them both in Redfield stands, one of the best kept secrets around.

Michael, I have 20X, 30X and 60X ocular lenses for mine. I have never found a use for the 60X lens. Mine is in and old Freeland stand. I also have a 20X Argus scope, civilian model of the M49. Both are still super scopes.

I have a 60X but like you have never used it. I stick to the 20X in both scopes.

I have not used an Argus and always thought about getting an Unertl but never did. I do have a Fecker, it's nice but the B&L is better.

B&L, Fecker and Ross of England in a Niedner stand.

Found a partial box of Remington factory 117gr .257 Roberts ammo. Took out my old Niedner-Shelhamer-Mauser .257 Roberts and just used the Hensoldt with taper posts.

Can't every remember using factory ammo in this rifle and have not shot it in over twenty years. With good hand loads and my 20X Unertl on it it's a sub-moa all day long.

S.A. Leonard, I packed up these rifles a few days ago and thought I had run a dry patch through the bores but this one sure acts like it had lube in the bore. Or it could have been the loose nut behind the rifle.
