And they got it right- barely Olde Fhart Stevens can barely find the men's room, and DeSoto Mayor- you knew that goofy broad would vote against anything to do with the rights inherent in the Second amendment- back in 1760 we had a Militia way before we had a standing Army, Navy or USMC--what do the four numbnutz think a Militia is make up of- Aliens from outer space- they are made from the same manpower that now makes up our five branches of the Armed Forces and the NG and reserves-- So now Sweet home-Chicago- in spite of the corrupt anti-gun Daley regime, will join crime ridden Wash DC- you can carry your .38 S&W snubbie when you take your date to Johnny's Steak House on the Lower East Side- and when two dope head rappers jump out from behind a parked car and try to rob and mug you (and do God knows what unspeakable horrors to your Lady, you can legally drop them both stone cold dead and save the law abiding taxpayers the cost of 30 years in the grey walled Hilton- aim well, center mass- breathe and trigger squeeze, make each shot count and you won't have to count your shots-

We now have 'Five or Six' sitting APPOINTED (not elected) Senators in various states since the BO regime started.....helping to make decisions about how all of us should live.....nice huh.......and the 'Supremes' now are about like a singing group under the same name.....

The Chicago crooked political system will run it's payola scam to block any changes of common sense.....as usual......it is always about control in that corrupt city and state.....

The current regime has nobody in the inner circle of influence that has ever served in the military......except maybe in Zimbabwe...., therefore you cannot expect any intelligent decisions or appointments from this bunch of inexperienced fools.....regarding anything......

I really wonder if the "NIT WITS" that voted for this regime really knew what they were letting this country in for as everything turns to crap,.... or even if they really cared for that matter.....after all it was probably all about them anyway, wouldn't you say....?......Stupid Democrats always sucking off of the system and looking for handouts......and the Dumbo-crats in office trying hard to dream up more give-aways with other peoples money of course.....!.!.!.!....Borrow and spend.....

I wonder how many yrs the implementation will drag on for? Chicago will drag this out for as long as they can and stack enough "reasonable limitations" on it, creating a backlog of beauacracy to make it effectively null....IMO.

Narrow margin. Yet another thing to blame on the last eight years. Wonder if bo would have wanted a chance at filling those Roberts and Alito slots with like minded pals for sotomayor and kagan.

Bo isn't even a U.S. citizen. He was born in Kenya. I am not impressed with his Hawaian Certificate of Live Birth. Hawaii has what, maybe two Republicans in the entire state? His Supreme Court nominees, his Health care bill, his "stimulus" that actually increased unemplotment should all be null and void.

In less than a month, barring any court injunctions, he dares not set foot in Arizona lest some cop require him to prove he is a citizen.

I'd bet bo would love to swing by the southern Arizona border for a quick photo op and to belittle real citizens of the United States. The secret service has probably nixed the idea on nightmare security concerns. They'd have visions of the veep, bo and the speaker standing shoulder to shoulder in a nice little line, while an automatic gunfire battle rages a mile to the south.

I hope the Obama man does come down here to view the border situation first hand. I for one will hand him some plastic bags and he can start picking up up all the refuse including tons of human waste the the whole border area is now polluted with. I was down there quail hunting earlier this year and it's enough to make you sick.
We need to fight the Kagan nomination tooth and nail as she's cut from the same cloth as the other 4 dissenters who IMO should be impeached. Additionally it's very important that we all get out and vote come November and begin setting things right is our Country again.

Its seems the size of the opposition is growing.

http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=37987

Democrats will need 60 votes to bring Kagan’s nomination to the floor for a confirmation vote by the full Senate.

With the death of West Virginia Ku Klux Klan founder and Democrat Sen. Robert Byrd, the Democrat caucus controls 58 votes. If the caucus stands firm, they’ll need two Republicans to put them over the top. The standard for cloture is 60 in favor as opposed to 41 against.

Also in question is Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.), the wildcard. Specter voted against Kagan’s confirmation as Solicitor General for her failure to be forthcoming, saying in a letter addressed to Kagan he considered her answers “inadequate for confirmation purposes.”

Specter accused Kagan of stonewalling giving answers in an exchange at the confirmation hearings before the 4th of July break.

Sens. Kit Bond (Mo.), Lindsey Graham (S.C.), Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe (Maine), Lamar Alexander (Tenn.), Judd Gregg (N.H.), Richard Lugar (Ind.) and George Voinovich (Ohio) all voted to confirm Sotomayor and have not yet announced their votes on Kagan.

According to the latest Rasmussen polling, only 36% of likely voters polled support Kagan’s nomination. A full 42% oppose the nomination while 22% are undecided.

I'll hold out hope, but with friends like those, who needs...

The administration could use a message sending setback to help protect the country from what'll probably be a huge push over the next six months to handcuff and tax America.

Maybe, a setback will knock bo off the campaign trail and back to the golf course and fixing the gulf leak. I suppose if the sludge gets thick enough, he may really try to walk on water.
