Tight 12 bore as #410 that passed thru the Zella-Mehlis proofhouse in January 1922 with constriction in the left tube and less than 0.2mm in the right tube. How about a pic of the area from the flats toward the forend lug?

forend lug? sorry what is that? I can do but I don't know what that is.
Is the restriction the reason I cant't get a shell to seat properly in the right barrel?

The forend lug is ahead of the flats where the stamps are and holds the forend iron on. Usually there are stamps there that may indicate the maker. I'd say the reason you can't get a shotshell in is the tight chambers, which are for 65mm or 2 1/2" cartridges. Many of the 65mm or vintage shotshell vendors manufacture shotshells that will fit the tighter chambers. The stamp "14/1" is a vulgar fraction for say 0.701".

it has the barrel manuf marks: Fluss Stahl Krupp Essen which I have got fluid steel made by Krupp in Essen. There is also three marks that look like a "K" facing down. This symbol is on the flats.
I am able to get a modern shell to fit and shoot from the left barrel without problems.

I might be able to tell even with a fuzzy pic. The encircled "12" notes the chamber while the vulgar fraction gives the barrel diameter at 22cm from the standing breech and I think that is for less than 0.2mm constriction/choke. Unless there is a "70" on the extractor/ejector the chambers are 65mm. So if you are shooting a 2 3/4" cartridge in it, it's probably eating part of the end off isn't it? What name and location is stamped on the top rib or side of the frame, if any?

PR.Krupp.Stahl and nNitro are the only other markings on the gun.
With the misfit on the right chamber, I even tried cutting down a spent shell in half and it still won't seat in the breach. It is the lip on the brass that is catching. When I ground half the brass lip away it fit. Think I will find a gun smith. I would like to shoot both barrels of this gun from time to time if possible.

A fine effort by your significate other. How long is the brass and do you have any other that is shorter? On modern ammo you may have to resize the brass as if you get it in you will have do disassemble the longarm and punch it out. The initials "R.Z" on the right tube I'd guess to be for R. Zimmerman, barrel specialist, of Suhl. As for all the "K"s, it's pretty much a toss up seeing there were several but I'd look toward Edmund Keller of Zella-Mehlis, Oscar Kirchner, one of the Königs or one of the Klett's(highest probability) like Heinrich Christoph Klett or his son Heinrich Louis Klett.
