Ross Seyfried has written many very interesting articles in the DGJ. Is there anyway to contact him with some questions?

Good question. If you get an answer I would like to contact him as well, just to compliment him on a choice piece he wrote years ago, "Rigby's Last Rooster".
Thanks, SRH

I recall reading an article by Sherman Bell, in the DGJ, where he stated that he was contacted by someone, 'through this publication'. I have thought about contacting some of the authors, and figured that having the DGJ staff forward a letter as being the best way.

Just forward a letter with your questions to the DGJ with a request that they forward same onto the author.

I've probably mentioned it here before, but I credit him with getting me started on my DGJ subscription back a bit. He had a review of the first issue in one of the regular gun magazines, and he hit all the right chords with the short piece. It's the only subscription I've ever maintained uninterrupted, and later tracked down the first few issues that I missed at the start.

I've contacted a couple of people by just sending a letter addressed to them c/o DGJ; it's always gotten to them.

Just forward a letter with your questions to the DGJ with a request that they forward same onto the author. Now that you suggested that I remember that is how I first wrote Sherman Bell. We have corresponded several times since that. SRH

Wanted to give an update. I received a response from Mr. Seyfried yesterday answering all my questions and then some. Very cordial. Maybe one day our paths will cross. I'd like to thank him personally and shake his hand.

He started me loading low-pressure 7625 in Fed paper shells and shooting Damascus in his article from 1990 ! Think it was in Guns and Ammo.
