Finally something positive to report about Blackley and Son. After six months, I tried contacting them again using the address "sales@blackleyandson.com. Received a reply the same day (from someone named Kevin). He checked my order and found that the two hammers I ordered were damaged and have to be redone. Will take another 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. He offered to refund my money if I didn't want to wait. Of course I will wait...what choice do I have? Anyway, it's nice to know that there is someone at the other end replying to my queries. Will post again when the hammers arrive.
