I purchased a Boyt soft case for my K-80 with tubes. Everything fit in properly and the weight was about 1/3 of my Americase. When I went to remove the gun from the case the case and the Kick-ezz pad grabbed each other and caused a significant delay. Called Boyt and their sales girl recomended I call Cabalis. Anyone have a sugestion on a cure? The Kick ezz must stay. bill

Everybody I know who has the sack loves it. As you said, much lighter than tha Amercase. Not near as much protection for your gun though. I don't think i want one. SGJ's idea with the sock sounds like a good idea for your problem. Those kick-eez pads are pretty sticky, but I can't live without them on a competition gun either.

Bill, I would call Boyt back and ask for the fellow that runs their marketing department. I can't recall his name but he is good people and will want to hear about your problem. As you probably know Boyt cases are guaranteed for life and this fellow will try and correct the issue, or he did for me. I was actually embarrassed with how generous they were when I called them.
