I picked this rifle up at a shop locally a few years ago. It is chambered in .308 Norma mag and built on a Sako action. It has the initals PH on the pistol grip cap. I saw another one online with the PH cap that was chambered in .358 Norma mag. According to the serial number on the action it was built after 1975. There is not a ton of info online about his rifles. Here are a few pictures.

Nice looking rifle. I always liked the way he handled the comb line on his stocks.
