Good morning

I have a real nice Midland Gun Company single shot top lever rifle, octagon 25.5 inch barrel with three leaf express sights in .22 Hornet.
Sorry no pictures till I get back up North in the middle of May. There is a picture on a gun like mine on either page 99 or 100 in Smith's book, I do not have the book or the gun with me. Any info would be helpful.
