I've tried the Westley Richards site, no luck. Does anyone know how to date a WR rifle without paying the 50 pounds? #35950

Between 1903 and 1905 the 35xxx serial numbers were used (page 213). I can also tell you your gun started out a 450/400 with a detachable barrel #955. (page 257) in Winfer.

I've never dated Westley myself. Been partial to "Purdey" girls instead....
