My experiences with having gun repairs done the past few years have been less than satisfactory. No reason to give the details here, but some of it has been down right appalling.

So it is refreshing to report a very pleasant experience with COLE GUNSMITHING.

Needed ejector work done on a nice Italian SxS. The ejectors have not worked properly since the gun was new and the gun had been sent back once to the importer for repair without success.

Call to COLE was pleasant with an estimated time for the repair and a ball park price quoted.

Repair was done with in the quoted time and price.

Received a pleasant call from COLE when the gun was done asking when was best to ship the gun (to make sure someone would be home to receive it) and also amount of insurance I wanted placed with the shipper. Tracking number e-mailed to me.

Gun returned well packed in my hard case (one manufacturer kept my Americase and gun sleeves on more than one occasion).

No damaged screws – refreshing experience!

No new dents or scratches – again refreshing experience!

Returned the old parts – a new experience!

Friendly and professional on the phone – shocking!

Ejectors work perfect.

Thank you COLE GUNSMITHING.

Sometimes you think the effort to screw things up by some people is their purpose in life. Nice to see you found a competent repair done by professionals.

Ain't that the truth.

I've also had positive experience with Rich Cole.

I'd have been surprised if you hadn't had this experience. Rich is a gentleman and one of the true pros in the business.

I noticed a late ad by Cole stating that they are now dealers in, and repair, Perazzi guns.

Nice of you to post this, too many times it's the bad things, good to hear about the positive.

I've been very lucky with work done for me by various Smiths, never really had a bad experience.......yet!

I do like it when a Smith will send you a Tracking Number or tell you when it ships all to often, the gun just appears. Oh well another thread.....bad experiences!

Best!
